In order to purchase this course, you either had to be an attendee at the Million Dollar Foreclosure Bootcamp or directly from his webinar. This is a generic foreclosure course. Real estate practices and legal definitions vary from state to state. California, for instance, has pro-consumer laws that land an unvary investor in jail.

The version available is the 2013 version with 12 DVDs, 4 audio CDs, 4 manuals and the Short Sales Xcelerator software (Windows XP & up only). Rubel charge upwards of $1500 for this course in 2010. In 2015 $798 to $999.

Investing in the foreclosure niche of the real estate market is profitable but not for new investors. Rubel focuses on the homeowner who has gotten behind in payments but the lender hasnt started the foreclosure process yet. Rubel rarely mentions bidding at the courthouse steps or buying after the lender has taken back the property.
